3/5: Strong Winds and Colder

Temperatures will remain in the 30s Tuesday with wind chills in the low 20s and upper 10s. Strong northwest winds wil rotate through the area with sustained speeds from 15-25 mph. Wind gusts may be as highs as 40 mph at timesTuesday afternoon. Winds will diminish slightly during the evening into Tuesday night.
