Highs will only reach the mid-to-upper 30s with a chilly northwest breeze and lingering clouds Wednesday. Clouds will gradually clear out through the day, leaving a mostly clear sky Wednesday night and lows in the low 20s.Thursday will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 40s. Friday and Saturday will be warmer with highs in the upper 50s. Average highs for early March are in the low 50s.
