Man Picked up for Home Invasion

Jessuan Cowans spent Sunday night in jail and was arrested on charges of armed criminal action, burglary and assault.Deputies said he broke a window in the 600 block of Country Squire Court just before 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.Once inside the home he allegedly overpowered a woman and threatened her with a weapon before running away.Cowans was picked up later at a relative’s house in Columbia.
