Former Mamtek CEO back in court for charges

Former Mamtek CEO Bruce Cole is scheduled to be back in court Thursday.

Cole is charged with theft and securities fraud over the failed Mamtek project, which never came to Moberly.

Cole is still trying to get his bond lowered. Something the Attorney General’s office is against.

In court he will also request a change of venue. He feels he won’t be able to get a fair trial in Randolph County.

A new judge has been assigned to this case.
