Brass Stolen from Company
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a recent theft at Schnell Drilling.Detectives say between 7 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, someone stole a significant amount of metal figures from the company located at 200 Columbia Street in Rocheport.Deputies say the suspects forced open a door at the business and stole numerous brass fittings. Officials estimate the stolen items total to more than $16,000.There is no suspect information. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 573-875-TIPS (8477).
