On a chilly Homecoming Night Rock Bridge showed off why they are still a force to be reckon with.Jumping out to a 13-0 lead quickly, Rock Bridge’s D didn’t allow a Liberty touchdown until late in the second quarter.Starting the 4th, the Bruins led 13-7, until Liberty scored a TD with a little over 8 minutes left. The Bruins came roaring back, when Logan Twehouse found Reuter in the endzone, the 2 pt conversion put the Bruins up 21-14.Liberty tied the game again with under 2 minutes left forcing the Bruins into overtime. RB’s first possession in OT resulted into a touchdown when Twehouse found Sam Mulholland in the endzone. On the ensuing possession Liberty fumbled in the endzone, Rock Bridge recovered, and the Bruins went on the win 28-21.
