10/19: Windy and Chilly Friday

A slow moving storm system located near the Great Lakes is rotating in clouds and some areas of drizzle. Winds will remain strong Friday, gusting to 30 mph at times from the west. Winds will diminish Friday night and clouds will gradually clear the area. Temperatures will be chilly Friday, struggling to reach the low 50s, which is about 15 degrees below average.
