Homeowner Catches Burglar

Fulton police picked up a man Sunday morning was trying to break into a house at North Eighth Street and Bluff Street. Kaharri Ray is currently in the Callaway County Jail facing drug and burglary charges.According to Police Ray was being held by the homeowner when they got to the scene and had both cocaine and marijuana on him. Ray is also currently on probation and parole for a burglary and robbery
