Columbia Cops Respond to Robbery

Columbia police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at Taco Bell within the city.Officers were called to the fast food restaurant on Clark Lane around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Cops say the male and female victims were sitting in a car parked between the Taco Bell and Home Depot.The victims say they noticed a group of women in a red Dodge four-door vehicle staring at them as they were driving through the parking lot. When the female victim pulled up to see what was wrong with the women, two male subjects entered their car and pointed handguns at the female and male victims.The two subjects stole their backpacks that contained money, a wallet and a laptop computer.Police do not have a description of the subjects.
