Ragtag Will Stay Open

Ragtag Cinema in Columbia has reached its $80,000 fundraising goal on Sunday. The business reached out for help to buy new digital projectors because major movies will no longer be released on 35-millimeter film starting next year.The cinema said those movies generate most of its revenue, and their loss would make it hard to stay open.Sunday night, their Kickstarter online fundraising page stated the business was a couple hundred dollars over their minimum pledge amount.
