11/11: Rain & Falling Temps Sun.

A cold front is moving across Mid-Missouri bringing rain which will be moderate at times through the afternoon. Three quarters of an inch to an inch and a half of rain are expected with the higher amounts near and just east of the HWY 63 corridor. The rain will taper off in the late afternoon through early evening. Some light snow is possible as the rain tapers off 5-8 pm west of HWY 63 and 7-11 pm east of HWY 63 but no snow accumulation is expected.Temperatures will fall all day Sunday, dropping into the 30s by evening and into the mid-to-upper 20s overnight. Wind chill readings will drop into the upper teens and low 20s overnight through early Monday morning. High temperatures will reach into the mid 40s Mon with mostly sunny skies but westerly winds gusting to 25 mph at times will make it feel colder.Monday night will be the coldest yet this season with overnight lows in the mid 20s with diminishing wind and clear skies.
