Ashland Teen Killed In Crash

Highway Patrol Troopers say Freddie T. Rudkin, 18, was killed after a crash on Highway 63.It happened Wednesday just before 4 p.m. on Hwy 63 at Westbrook Drive.Investigators say the Ashland teen went off the right side of the road, hit a rock bluff and overturned. He wasn’t wearing his seatbelt and was thrown from the car. Rudkin was transported to University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
