Murder Case Moves Forward

The woman connected to a 2010 murder is set to be in court Monday.Stacy Dory is charged with second degree murder and forgery in the death of William Van Note. He and his girlfriend died after an attack in their Lake area home.Investigators say Dory and her husband Deseree helped Van Note’s daughter, Liz, forge signatures to pull him from life support after he was shot.Right now Liz is free on bond. The hearing for Dory is set for 2:00 p.m. Monday.
