12/25: Brutal Wind Chills

With lows in the teens Christmas night and steady northerly winds around 20 mph and gusting to 30 mph, wind chills will drop to near zero overnight. The breezy north winds will continue into Wednesday with high temperatures in the upper 20s. Wind chills will remain in the low teens much of the day.
