***UPDATE SATURDAY 8:05 P.M.***ATLANTA (AP) – Police said two young boys from Georgia who were reported missing this week have been located in Texas and their father is in custody and facing charges.Brothers Ben and Henry Cleary – ages 9 and 7 – were visiting with their father, Daniel Cleary, of Roswell, and were supposed to return home Wednesday. An Amber Alert was issued Thursday.Roswell Police Lt. James H. McGee said authorities learned Saturday evening that the 46-year-old Daniel Cleary had been pulled over in Austin, Texas and placed in custody. McGee said “we have recovered the kids. They were with him and they were OK.”The children’s mother is on the way to get them.McGee said authorities will arrange for Daniel Cleary’s extradition. He faces a charge of interstate interference with custody, a felony.***ORIGINAL STORY***Georgia police are searching for a father and two young boys who are at the center of a Georgia Amber Alert.Authorities are searching for Ben Cleary, 9, and Henry Cleary, 7. Both boys have brown hair and brown eyes. The boys’ father, Daniel Cleary, 46, is 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.According to our Fox affiliate in Kansas City, WDAF, the Missouri State Highway Patrol says they may be traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City. They were last seen around 12 p.m. Friday in Washington, Mo., just west of St. Louis.The trio is believed to be traveling in a silver Jeep Cherokee, with the temporary Georgia tag: 10742627. The Jeep may be towing a light-colored, enclosed trailer with one axle. A large, dark-colored cargo bag may be on top of the vehicle.Anyone who sees them is asked to 911.
