1/11: Weekend Wintry Weather

Highs will reach the low-to-mid 60s Friday with partly sunny sky conditions. A strong cold front will move in Saturday morning dropping temperatures into the low-to-mid 40s to begin the day. Temperatures will slowly drop into the mid-to-upper 30s by the late afternoon and early evening. SATURDAY – 5 TO 8 P.M.Light rain will be possible with temperatures in the mid 30s. Areas west of HWY 63/ HWY 54 may begin to mix with sleet and snow.SATURDAY – 8 P.M. TO 12 A.M.Rain will change to light sleet and snow for more of central and eastern parts of Mid-Missouri with temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s. Minor accumulations of up to 2″ will be possibleSUNDAY – 12 TO 7 A.M.Cloudy with flurries and little to no additional accumulation. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 20s.
