1/29: Severe Storm Threat

An approaching cold front will increase our chance of t-storms from late-morning Tuesday through the afternoon. A few of these storms may be severe with damaging winds the primary threat. There is a very low chance of isolated, brief tornadoes. Heavy rain is also likely with these storms with rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches through Tuesday evening. Some light snow is possible early morning Wednesday with a dusting possible north of I-70.
