Flooding causes closure of U.S. Business 54 in Mexico

Flooding has caused U.S. Business 54 in Mexico, also known as East Liberty Street, to be closed at the railroad bridge.
Officials warn that floodwaters can be deeper than they appear and can hide hazards such as sharp objects, electrical wires, sewage and chemicals.
There is a possibility also that there is no road due to the flooding.
Even the best four-wheel-drive vehicle will lose against rapidly moving water and no traction.
