Sexual discrimination suit filed against Holts Summit Police Department and Police Chief

HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. (KMIZ)

Chelsea Gibbs has filed suit against Holts Summit Police Department and Police Chief Kyle McIntyre for sexual discrimination.

Gibbs alleges the City and McIntyre exposed her to a sexually hostile work environment from several other employees multiple times.

In the lawsuit, Gibbs alleges 26 different times of a hostile work enviroment.

Gibbs is seeking in excess of $25,000 and other court related fees.
