Mizzou football holds open practice for fans

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou football team opened up its spring practice on Saturday for fans to come see the Tigers in person.

We spoke with head coach Eli Drinkwitz after practice. You can watch the full interview in the video player below.

Several players have earned their numbers recently, including transfer wide out Mookie Cooper. He's now wearing No. 5. Defensive lineman Daniel Robledo is wearing No. 56 and fellow DL Realus George is wearing No. 91. Defensive Back Daylan Carnell is wearing No. 13.

Drinkwitz confirmed defensive end Travion Ford will miss spring practices due to an injury he suffered in offseason training. He's expected to be back in time for summer practices.
