Cole County Sheriff’s Dept. looking for Eldon man accused of stealing a car
ELDON, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Cole County Sheriff's dept. is searching for a man accused of stealing a car in Eldon and attempting to steal a vehicle in Jefferson City.
Officials say 31-year-old Jesse Scott is still at large.
He ran from deputies around nine o'clock this morning near State Highway D.
He's accused of taking keys from a nearby home he broke into and stole the car.
The sheriff's office is offering a reward for information that leads to Scott's arrest.
Scott is wanted for the following charges by the Cole County Sheriff’s Department: Burglary 1st degree, Stealing, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Resisting, Arrest and Failing to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.
