Tracking rain and snow chances for tomorrow
TONIGHT: Conditions will remain calm for most of the night as clouds build in ahead of our next system. Lows will fall into the upper 20s.
TOMORROW: Another chance for precipitation will move into mid-Missouri. Gusty conditions will usher in a mix of rain and snow by mid-morning tomorrow. The cutoff for the rain vs. snow will likely fall along or slightly north of I-70. Our southern counties can expect to see only rain. We'll continue tracking this system through the day, and this system will only begin to move out by the time many of us are asleep. Overall accumulations of both the snow and the rain will be minimal as we are only expecting trace amounts to .1".
EXTENDED: After Sunday's rain and snow, things will dry out. Temperatures will be on the rise which will help to melt that snowpack from last week. Tuesday looks to be our warmest day with highs in the mid-50's. A slight cooldown will come on Wednesday, but we'll still remain in the 40's to close out the week. We could see the chance for more rainfall next weekend, but we'll likely see more sunshine than clouds until then.
