True/False Film Fest hosts ‘Rites of Spring’ Festival

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Ragtag Film Society has released some pandemic-friendly events at the time its usual True/False Film Fest would take place.

The organization announced its "Rites of Spring" Festival set to take place on March 6th.

According to a news release, events will be both online and socially-distanced at the Boone County Courthouse Amphitheater.

Those festivities are the 3rd annual True/Love shopping event, an online How-To-Fest session, a physically distanced in-person community-fire-ritual-turned-group-art-installation, and a drive-in screening, all dedicated to ushering in the season and the Fest-to-be.

The fest itself is set to take place in May.
