Man receives serious injuries in Morgan County crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man was sent to Bothwell Hospital after getting in a wreck in Morgan County overnight.

According to crash reports, James Cios Jr., 48, was driving when his vehicle slid off the left side of the roadway. It then struck a stump and a tree.

Cios was driving westbound on Missouri 52 near Cottonwood Road.

He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
