Moberly woman charged after a domestic dispute involving a car crash

MOBERLY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Moberly police arrested a woman after receiving calls she was naked and crashed a vehicle Wednesday morning.

According to a probable cause statement, police found Gabrielle Wells outside a Moberly residence nude and disturbing the peace.

While investigating the situation, police report that Wells was in a dispute with a romantic partner when Wells approached her child in an aggressive manner according to court documents.

The partner attempted to leave the situation with the daughter by putting the child in a car outside when Wells went outside naked and got into a vehicle according to court documents.

The partner reports Wells then rammed the vehicle with the child inside it according to police.

Court documents reveal that Wells provided a breath sample, blowing a .125 BAC.

Wells is charged with DWI-aggravated and 1st-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
