Dump truck crash into electric pole closes Highway OO

HALLSVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

A dump truck crash closed a portion of E. Highway OO in Hallsville Tuesday afternoon.

An ABC 17 News crew said the truck drove off the right side of the road and hit an electric pole which fell on top of the vehicle.

A Boone County Joint Communications alert sent at 1:08 p.m. said the highway was closed between Elizabeth and East streets.

Crews did not say what events if any led up to the crash. It's unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.
