QUESTION OF THE DAY: Are two trash bags enough?

The City of Columbia has changed its trash pickup program.

The city now requires all trash to be in city-issued bags. Customers get 104 per year and must pay for any more than that.

For households that generate more trash, the change means they'll have to purchase extra city bags.
