Clerk has minor injuries after being assaulted during an armed robbery at Iberia convenience store
IBERIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Miller County Sheriff's Department is investigating a Thursday morning armed robbery at the Eagle Stop convenience store in Iberia.
Deputies report the suspect showed a gun to the store clerk and then assaulted him.
Officials say the clerk has minor injuries.
According to deputies, the suspect assaulted the store clerk.
After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect ran off.
The investigation is ongoing.
