COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

ORIGINAL: The Department of Health and Senior services reported 1,350 new COVID-19 cases Sunday.

There have been 437,549 cases reported in the state since the beginning of the pandemic. Missouri ranked 23rd in the nation for new cases reported in the past week.

DHSS reported one new death on Sunday. The death toll has risen to 6,254.

On Sunday, at least 3,933,456 people had been tested for the virus.

There were 2,522 people hospitalized with the virus, with 593 in the ICU.
