Sedalia man charged with two counts of 1st-degree child molestation
SEDALIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Sedalia man is charged with two counts of molestation in new court records.
In the 2nd amended complaint, Joshua Breshears is accused of touching the victim sometime between March 30, 2012, and February 28, 2013.
Both instances occurred at a residence on the 1100 block of E. 5th St. in Sedalia.
The victim was under the age of 14 at the time of the offense.
Breshears has a $100,000 cash or surety bond in Pettis County.
