Mexico man charged after threatening neighborhood with a gun

MEXICO, Mo. (KMIZ)

Mexico Public Safety Department responded Thursday afternoon to the 1500 block of N Washington in reference to a neighborhood disturbance.

Officials report that after officers arrived they found Brandon Davis, 29, in the roadway with a gun threatening others.

Officials say Davis was arrested on scene and processed.

Davis is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and 4th-degree assault.

Officials report there were no injuries from the incident.
