Three injured in Wednesday evening wreck in Howard County

HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck Wednesday evening in Howard County.

According to the crash report, both vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 40 when Thomas Schnell attempted to turn around in the middle of the roadway.

Officials say that is when the second vehicle hit the first one.

Schnell was taken to University Hospital where he was treated and released according to Eric Maze.

Daniel and Nadra Curtis were both taken to University Hospital as well. Daniel was initially listed as having serious injuries, while Nadra was reported to have moderate injuries. Both are listed as being in fair condition this afternoon.
