Power outage impacts 55 Columbia residents

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Crews are working to restore power in a neighborhood in east Columbia.

According to the City of Columbia, there were 55 customers without power at 5:00 on Sunday.

The outage impacted a neighborhood near Shepard Boulevard Elementary School.

Some of the streets impacted included Stratford Chase Parkway and Mallard Court.

The cause of the outage is unknown.
