QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should Congress vote to decriminalize marijuana?

The U.S. House voted Friday to decriminalize marijuana after a United Nations committee changed the drug's classification.

A proposal has been filed in the Senate but the chamber's Republican leadership seems unlikely to allow the bill to proceed.
