CNN projects Biden wins Georgia, Trump wins North Carolina

ATLANTA (CNN)

CNN projects president-elect Joe Biden will win Georgia, and President Donald Trump will win North Carolina.

Biden has bacome the first Democrat in 28 years to win the state of Georgia.

Trump won both Georgia and North Carolina in 2016.

More than a week after Election Day, all 50 states have been called.

A hand recount of Georgia's ballots is underway and those results are expected to be turned in by Wednesday.

Trump's campaign has filed lawsuits in multiple states disputing election results, some of which have been dropped or dismissed.
