Columbia man charged with drug crimes, harassment and domestic assault
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Columbia man is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, domestic assault, delivery of controlled substance and harassment.
According to court documents, Arik Rivera harassed and stalked the victim causing the victim to fear for the victim's life over the last six months.
While taking Rivera into custody, police saw drugs in plain view on the coffee table according to a probable cause statement.
While searching the residence, police reportedly found marijuana, meth, ecstasy, Xanax and other drug paraphernalia according to court documents.
Rivera allegedly told police he "was going to flip it" and that he was living in an apartment behind a daycare in the probable cause statement.
Rivera has no bond due to being a danger to the defendant.
Rivera's next court date is on Nov. 18.
