Columbia man charged with domestic assault
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Boone county probable cause statement reveals what allegedly happened during a domestic disturbance Tuesday night.
According to the probable cause statement, the victim told Columbia Police that Marcus Beals strangled the victim multiple times Tuesday.
In the court documents Beals allegedly stated "I'm going to kill you…"
The victim said that Beals also punched the victim in the arm and face multiple times according to court documents.
The victim told police this was the third time Beals did this to the victim.
According to court documents, Beals is charged with domestic assault.
Beals bond was denied.
