Two arrested in connection with 2017 Jefferson City killing

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two more suspects have been arrested in a 2017 downtown Jefferson City killing, police said Thursday.

Robert Farrow, 27, was arrested within the last week in Milwaukee, police said. Devon Skinner, 25, was arrested in St. Louis.

Each man was arrested on a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and second-degree murder in the death of Taveeon Fowler, police said.

Fowler died after the May 2017 shooting that took place in the 700 block of Monroe Street.

Another man, Dana Day Jr., 30, was arrested and charged in the death in July 2019. The status of the men's cases was not immediately available.
