WATCH: George Floyd visitation service

Thousands of mourners came out Monday in Houston for the visitation of a man whose death at the hands of police has sparked protests nationwide.

A private funeral service Tuesday will follow the service in Houston, George Floyd's home town. Floyd died while a Minneapolis police officer had a knee on his neck, prompting protests in cities and towns around the country, including several in Mid-Missouri.
