Clouds remain stuck in place, warmer with storms by weekend

THIS AFTERNOON: Temperatures will be comfortable this afternoon near 70*. Humidity will be a touch up too. Clouds will continue to hold strong. Patches of drizzle are possible through the evening.

TONIGHT: Another night partly to mostly cloudy with lows falling into the upper 50's.

EXTENDED: We may be able to keep the drizzle at bay Thursday, but we will be battling cloud cover. Highs look to top out in the middle 70's. Storm chances look to pick up just in time for the holiday weekend. Pinning down the exact times we're expecting storms is tough this far out but it looks like there will be enough dry time in between to salvage the extended weekend. It will be warmer starting on Friday. Highs will reach into the low 80's, warming into the middle 80's Saturday and Sunday. Best chances for impacts to outdoor activities appear to be Sunday and Monday at this point.
