Tracking heavy rain and storms through Saturday

TONIGHT: Scattered showers and thunderstorms becoming more widespread overnight. 1-2" of rain is possible, along with small hail in some of the early storms. Lows around 50.

SATURDAY: Rain early, mostly cloudy during the day with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: This system is slow to move out on Saturday, leaving us cooler than average. Clouds finally clear out Saturday night, bringing temperatures back down into the 40s to start Sunday. Highs on Sunday will get back into the upper 60s with more sunshine, and it's a dry end to the weekend. By Monday, we warm even more into the low 70s. We're keeping a close eye on yet another early week storm system that could bring more rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday, but next week continues to be mild with highs in the upper 60s and 70s each day.
