Tracking rain and storm chances for this week

TODAY:  Showers have already begun moving in from the west, and we're tracking more showers pushing into the area before the day is over. We are keeping an eye on the possibility for some thunderstorms to develop throughout the afternoon, with the possibility of some of these storms becoming strong.

TONIGHT: Any of that activity moves southeast by this evening, as clouds give way to mostly clear skies. Lows fall into the middle 40's.

EXTENDED: Tuesday looks to be the shining day in the forecast with lots of sunshine available, but temperatures still comfortable. Rain chances return on Wednesday and stick with us through the weekend. Temperatures will remain comfortable and near average in the 60s all week long.
