Woman seriously hurt in Randolph County crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 29-year-old Clark woman was seriously hurt in a Randolph County crash just after 2:40 p.m. Monday.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, three cars were involved in this crash. A 2019 Ford Edge, driven by the Clark woman; a 2009 Ford F-350, driven by a 52-year-old Salisbury man and a 2024 Ford Maverick, driven by a 25-year-old Moberly man.

The report states the woman was driving east on Route JJ, about half a mile east of Huntsville, when she crossed the center line, hit the Ford F-350, and traveled off the right side of the road. The Ford Maverick was hit with debris from the initial crash.

The woman was taken to University Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. The two other drivers were not hurt, according to the report.

The woman's car had extensive damage, while both men's trucks had minor damage.

The report states that all drivers involved were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
