COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

No injuries were reported after an accidental electrical fire occurred Friday at a lab in the 4000 block of Discovery Parkway, a Columbia Fire Department social media post says.

Firefighters were called at 4:58 p.m. to a fire inside the building. Employees were evacuating when firefighters arrived. Smoke was seen coming from the building.

The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes, the post says.
