Lohman man seriously injured in motorcycle crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 22-year-old man from Lohman was seriously injured in a crash on Tuesday evening on Springtown Station Road in Cole County, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The report says the man rode his 2023 Harley Davidson too fast for conditions while he was heading eastbound. The man lost control of the bike and was ejected from the vehicle, the report says.

The Harley continued eastbound, crossed the center line and went off the left side of the road, the report says.

The man was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He was brought to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries, the report says.

MSHP reports do not name those involved in crashes. The bike was totaled.
