Tracking rain and a few storms Wednesday morning
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with rain and a few storms moving in overnight. Lows in the mid-40s.
TOMORROW: Heavy rain likely in the morning with embedded thunder possible. Rain clears out by mid-afternoon leaving us with highs in the mid-60s.
EXTENDED: We get a brief break from rain later on Wednesday as a warm front lifts in, really bumping our temperatures heading into Thursday. The next round of rain and storms is scheduled to move in Thursday morning, bringing heavy rain and a chance for isolated hail. If these clear out quickly, the atmosphere could have a chance to recharge and temperatures rise into the 70s as we get quite breezy in the afternoon. A few strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible depending on how long the morning precipitation sticks around. A few of those storms could bring the possibility of damaging winds to areas mainly east of Highway 63 Thursday afternoon and evening. Once the front passes through, we're in for a cold couple of days with highs only reaching the 40s through Sunday. We stay dry through the weekend.
