Tracking showers to the south today, rain moving in tonight

THIS AFTERNOON: Partly sunny, with highs in the low to mid-80s. Showers are possible across the Lake of the Ozarks, but storms should remain on the other side of Camden County.

TONIGHT: Cloudy, with rain slowly spreading north after midnight. Temperatures remain mild in the 60s.

EXTENDED: Showers and weak storms are expected south of I-70 on Friday morning, with isolated rain north of the highway into the afternoon. Those storms dwindle by Friday night, but rain chances continue this weekend west of Hwy 63 on Saturday and Sunday, with drier weather forecast to the east. Temperatures will range from the upper 70s to the 80s with lots of dry time to enjoy the weekend.
