COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Power has been restored after storm damage caused nearly 1,000 Evergy customers to lose power.
According to the Evergy outage map, the affected areas included Roanoke, Armstrong, Glasgow, Forest Green, Aholt, Dalton, Oil City and Brunswick.
The outage was first reported at 2:25 a.m.
The outage map says storm damage is to blame for the loss of power.
