Endangered person advisory issued

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an endangered person advisory late Monday for a 21-year-old man last seen in Russellville.

According to a press release, 21-year-old Blaze Starkey was last seen at 13313 Park St. in Russellville at 1:38 p.m. Monday. He left on foot and his destination is unknown.

Starkey is 5' 10" and 180 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes, and was wearing a grey shirt, black shorts, a white hat, and a dark backpack when he went missing.

The release says Starkey is low-functioning and autistic and has no means of supporting himself.

Anyone who sees Starkey is asked to contact the Cole County Sheriff's Office.
