* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
central, north central, northeast, northwest and west central
Missouri.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Hypothermia is possible if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
